FRUiTs is a carefully drafted, mutually beneficial, priority agreement that provides a premier website maintenance service to our Clients. We affectionately call this service, FRUiTs (Fast Responsive Updates and Information Turnaround on a Standby basis).

The purpose of FRUiTs is to provide Peace of Mind for our Clients who can then concentrate on primary business activities while knowing that their company’s corporate website is being professionally supported and maintained on a monthly basis.
Become a Priority Client
When you sign up to FRUiTs you become a member of our managed list of Priority Clients. Why managed? Because we will never take on so many that the service becomes ineffective or impossible to maintain.
With Priority Status comes our "drop everything" promise. You will have your own dedicated team who will be on hand to make the changes you need either immediately or within a 48 hour window depending on the complexity of your requested update.

FRUiTs Guarantees a Maximum:
16 hours of content managed and technical driven website maintenance per month.
CMS updates can be quickly handled by our 'non technical' Joomla savy staff, typically processed immediately or within 24 hours of receiving notice.
Technical updates are more complex and require specialist attention in the form of one of our skilled Web technicians.

Please note that any major reconstruction, programming or redesign that falls outside of FRUiTs will be evaluated and costed separately.
FRUiTs can be provided to businesses that already have an existing web presence or can be included at the beginning of a new project as part of the total service.
